Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

 

We do not offer a refund on the following items:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Underwear
  • Socks

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still on. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please enclose your name, phone number and proof of purchase and send to:

If returning items by post, this will be at the buyer's expense. Please ensure items are packaged appropriately and we recommend you use recorded delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange/replacement items may also incur a new delivery charge. If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size/product please send us an email with the product you are looking for and we will post the new item once your return has been received.

You may also return or exchange an item in person to our store at the above address. 

Should you receive an item which has been damaged in transit to you, is faulty or is not as described please notify us by phone or email and we will arrange a replacement/refund as required.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you return items purchased with a gift voucher, you will be given a new gift voucher to the value of the items returned.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for the value of the original purchase.
